As first time home buyers we werent sure what to expect or where to start. We contacted Martin and he guided us through the entire process. He was always available to provide feedback and answers to us. When it came to viewing homes Martin was ready. He was always within reach, which we appreciated. You can tell he has many years of experience because he was so prepared and well informed and always had answers for all of our questions. When we found our home he took over and made sure to close the deal- fast and within our budget. It always felt like he had our best interest and cared about protecting us and making sure the process was smooth. He was a rockstar throughout the entire process and was so kind. It was apparent that he enjoys helping families find their homes. Martin definitely exceeded our expectations.

Martin & Chase are simply the best. I wouldn't trust anyone else in this world with my real estate transactions. Over the last 3 years, they have helped us with the purchase of our first home, sell that home for top dollar (even after a kitchen fire), and now helped us purchase our forever home. This market is no joke for a buyer, but yet they were still able to navigate us safely through it with total success. They are very skilled at what they do, but skilled agents are a dime a dozen. What differentiates them from the rest is that they truly care about their clients. Not just great agents, but also incredible human beings. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
