MARTIN CHAPPELL

Marty grew up in Hendersonville, Tennessee (a suburb of Nashville) and attended Auburn University where he received a degree in Business Administration. In May of 1999, while still in college, his parents acquired Gulf Realty & Associates. Although Marty had never been to Englewood, he was presented with the opportunity to work in the family business upon graduation. During his first visit to the area he fell in love with the laid back lifestyle Manasota Key had to offer. He knew this would not only be a great opportunity to be close to his family, but to also help the business continue to grow and be successful.

Marty received his Florida Sales-Associate license in April 2000 and his Broker-Associate license in March 2004. With over a decade of experience selling Real Estate, Marty has a gained a profound knowledge of the niche market on Manasota Key as well as in Englewood. Contributing to a family business doesn't limit him to just sales expertise, however. He presently works in various aspects of the business, handling all technology-related items including all the photographs for sales and rentals, and all the virtual tours and updates to the website. If it's technology related, chances are Marty had something to do with it.

Marty's wife, Elizabeth, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker-Associate and the Broker of Gulf Realty Rentals, Inc. They have 2 young children. In his spare time, Marty is passionate about training and competing in triathlon and running events, enjoys traveling and doing yard work (except in July & August!).
