Working with Emily throughout the buying and home searching process was great. For someone who came in with little knowledge of the home buying process at all she was there to help every step of the way. She knew the home buying areas I was looking in, and was able to help narrow down the search with her knowledge. Emily always was super responsive, always stayed in touch and took the time to respond to any questions or info needed. Along with working around my schedule, she had a great attitude making the process as easy as it could be for me. For anyone looking to buy in the Ann Arbor area, I couldn't recommend Emily and the Bouma Group enough!

Emily was the best agent I've ever worked with. I didn't really know what I wanted but she helped narrow down the selection, kept me organized and checked in with me frequently. I loved her temperament, she was stern when she needed to be but gentle and empathetic at the same time. Her and her circle of contacts worked quickly and efficiently together. This wasn't the first home buying experience for me but even with some bumps along the way on the seller side, she was able to keep things rolling.
