Denice is an amazing realtor and an amazing person! If youre looking for a realtor that treats you like a friend and is willing to do everything to help you find your perfect home shes your person! I realized Denice was going to be my best option as a realtor, when I asked her a simple question and she went into full detail about it, gave me the confidence and knowledge to become a first time home buyer, she showed every house I asked to go see and even at late hours in the day with no rush , she was very patient during the process and was there through every step , very helpful when it came down to negotiating a few things that came up during the process , I 100% recommend this realtor for any of your real state interest.
