My daughter worked with Frances in 2015. I was looking for an agent to help me sell my deceased parents property in 2025. I was not sure if Frances was still an active agent. I called and she answered. She was very upfront with me after seeing the property. At our next meeting, she provided detailed information regarding home sales in the area, made sure I had all the necessary documents needed to sell the property, and thoroughly reviewed options on how to proceed with the property sale. Working with Frances put me at ease. She quickly informed me of any inquiries or offers. The property sold in three months!
