Marsha Winegarden

I was born in Detroit, Michigan, and have been a homeowner in this area for the last 12 years. We have a condominium in Bradenton and a home in Cortez. I have a Bachelor of Arts & Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. I've held numerous positions over my 38 years with Ford Motor Company in Finance, Marketing, IT, and Engineering. While at Ford, I focused on improving product quality, prototype quality, and efficiency. I retired from Ford Motor Company as the Executive Director for Global New Model Programs. My most prestigious awards include the 2010 and 2015 Top 100 Women in the Automotive Industry, an award every five years.
