For my husband and myself, this was our first time purchasing a home and was a little nervous about the whole process and what to expect. Marsha took all of our worries away and made it the best experience possible. She made sure all of our needs and wants were met, all while making it a fun process. We fell in love with our home the moment we walked in the door, and right away she got to work and made sure we could make this our home sweet home. Starting with price negotiating, making sure we had the best home inspections/testing done, to the proper paper work completed, keeping in touch with us at all times, she was spot on! Anytime we had a question or concern, she was always prompt in returning our calls and answering to our needs. There were so many things we were very unaware of going into this and with her knowledge and years or experience, we felt very comfortable with her and knew we could trust her to guide us in the right direction step by step. She keeps herself very educated and up to date in the rules and laws of real estate so we knew everything was being done the right way. When it came time for the closing, we could not believe how quick, smooth, and easy it was! Just like that, we bought our first home with the best realtor! We couldn't have done it without Marsha!
