Marlo was very helpful with the sale of our condo (which was an income property). She patiently listened to my needs with selling this property, and I was never inconvenienced. She kept me informed with the progress, including when there was no movement due to the economy as that time. However, I was satisfied with the time frame it was sold. I believe the property would not have sold to my satisfaction if it were not for her staying on top of the market. Marlo is an amazing realtor. We had talked to other Realtors in the past few years and never felt comfortable or trusted anyone with buying a home with. She was kind and very very patient. We told her what we were looking for in a home and found us our perfect starter home for our little family. She hit everything that was on our wish list and more. She made several appointments to view the house that we purchased and gave us a ton of tips and pointers. On the day of our closing she was even sweeping up the mess that the sellers had left behind.
