We have worked with Marlene on several transactions in recent years and we will be asking her to sell another property for us soon. She is professional and always looks out for our best interests. With our most recent purchase, she made certain that all of the repairs we requested were taken care of, and she was in regular communication with the seller's broker. She also networked with the title company and the mortgage broker. She was always there when we needed her and very punctual. Marlene is great when it comes to negotiations.
