FAQ
1- Choose a competent, reliable Realtor that leaves you feeling refreshed considering the many hours you will communicate & view houses during the entire process.
2- If planning to get a loan, getting a pre-approval letter gives you a g\huge advantage by letting your agent & sellers know you're serious & you will be treated accordingly.
3- Take all the time you need to find a property you feel at home in.
4- Once you've found "the one", move fast to secure it. Chances are, someone else sees themself at home there too.
5- Closely follow the professional, experienced advice of your Realtor- that's what you pay us for. Let us take a load off of you during this challenging time.
1- Leave the utilities on. It makes for a more comfortable showing, makes you not look hard pressed for money to potential buyers & you'll need to turn them on for the buyer's home inspections anyways.
2- Get rid of or box up all unnecessary personal items & small decorative pieces. The less your things occupy the space, the more buyers see themselves in the home. Plus, it's less you'll need to pack once we bring you an offer.
3- Do a deep cleaning if possible before it hits the market.
4- Do your best to eliminate or cover animal odors. This can be a huge turn off to buyers without house pets.
