Marla is the definition of the most amazing person you could ever imagine having on your side to navigate you through the process of selling and buying a home. The expression "Best Ever" is her by definition. We met Marla after we had inquired online about a piece of land we had found and were interested in. We looked at several properties over several months, and she always went the extra mile to provide us with every detail about each property she possibly could. After months of looking for just land, we threw a curveball at her and found a house on land that we loved. She had several awesome lenders she referred us to so we could get preapproved and compare rates. While under contract, we had about 9 days to get our current house on the market, and during that time, Marla showed up one day and asked how she could help and started loading boxes in the trailer without hesitation. Talk about treating you like family and literally being there for you in any way. She worked so hard on our listing and had open houses lined up the first weekend to get as much traffic as possible, and it paid off BIG. We were under contract in less than 3 days for $20k over asking price! Throughout the transaction, as inspections needed to be ordered, or engineers, contractors, and surveryors needed to be hired, she took care of it all. We didn't have to call anyone or line anything up, she took the extra weight and stress right off of us. No matter the hiccups or roadblocks that were thrown at us, Marla was always on top of it, figuring out what needed to be done, and calming our nerves when the stress got high. I cannot express it enough, having the perfect Realtor on your side when going through this process is the most important thing you can do, and choosing Marla to help you is the best decision you could possibly make throughout the whole thing!
