Phenomenal is the best way I could describe MarkAnthony Ball, my realtor who helped my family and I to buy home in San Antonio, TX. Absolutely phenomenal job that he did in finding the right house in two days time.Our story begun when I called my son in San Antonio and told him I wanted to buy a house there. He told me he knows a guy who is awesome in real state, so he gave me MarkAnthony's number, and I got in touch with him. MarkAnthony started emailing me listing of all kinds of houses, all kinds of locations and sizes. We live in Hawaii, and he was totally reaching out to us. Wanting to help us with our housing needs. We could call him anytime or text him and he would answer or text me back constantly. Willing to help me in every way. We decided to fly from Hawaii to San. Antonio for four days to meet MarkAnthony and to hunt for our dream home.We found our dream home on the second day of looking. We made and offer and got it, accepted right away. MarkAnthony did his magic!We went back to Hawaii and MarkAnthony took control, he did everything, paper works, repairs to the house. And even paid some of his own money to help seal the deal. I never met someone with that much drive and determination to get the job done. UNREAL is all I can say! We put all our trust in MarkAnthony we know he could do it, so we shipped all our belongings and three cars before the house even close. MarkAnthony had pulled it off we closed on the 7th of Jan 2022. Got our keys and a ton of equity already in the house. From November 15th when they accepted the offer to 7th of January when we closed and sealed the deal that's how long it took to move to our dream home. It was pretty fast transaction actually counting the holidays in between those days too!
