In the middle of my home search, he stopped responding, and I constantly had to follow up to get updates on the status of my search or answers to my questions. Unfortunately, there was no proper communication and a clear lack of professionalism. He is currently with The Zoeller Group at Keller Williams, and based on my experience, I feel that if agents already have too much on their plate, they should avoid taking on additional clients and wasting others valuable time. Just as their time is important, clients time is equally important. Searching for a home is a serious commitment, and being left without support in the middle of the process forced me to start over with another agent, losing valuable time. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service I received from Brandon at The Zoeller Group, Keller Williams.
