Mark has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and specializes in Residential properties throughout Strafford and Rockingham counties in New Hampshire and York county in Maine. The tremendous rapport that he develops with his clients along with his extensive knowledge of local markets and skilled negotiation has propelled him to being a respected local Realtor and CEO of one of the region's most successful real estate teams, The Zoeller Group. Mark and his team ensure that they remain abreast of local real estate trends by maintaining memberships through the Strafford County and York County Boards of Realtors and attending training events throughout the year. Mark has formerly served as the education chair, Secretary and President-Elect for the Strafford County Board of Realtors and was also selected for the New Hampshire Association of Realtors Honors Society, which recognizes New Hampshire Realtors for their involvement in both their communities and the Realtor Association. Mark currently lives in Rochester, NH with his wife and their two daughters. Outside of real estate, his primary interests involve sports (hockey and football are his favorite) and most outdoor activities.
