This is the second time we have had the great pleasure of working with Mark. Mark listed our home in Fruita and it sold quickly, then he helped us find a great replacement home in Grand Junction. During the whole process Mark was tremendously knowledgeable, professional, and re-assuring. Mark helped us purchase a home that was perfect for us. We were moving in from out of the area and didnt know much about the neighborhoods or builders which he greatly helped us with. He was always easily available and on time (early) to each appointment. He was able to answer many of the questions we had and was straightforward and honest with us. He helped us get all of the concessions we asked for from the builder and we are very pleased with our experience.
