Mark is simply the best. We used him several years ago to purchase a house for our daughter several years ago. When the first deal fell through, he stayed calm as we were freaking out. Ultimately he helped us find an even better home in a very short period of time. When we decided to sell, he was the only realtor we considered. The house went on the market on a Sunday and we had 3 offers by Tuesday. We were selling the house long distance but never felt out of the loop.
