My best advice is to start the process early and get educated from the very beginning. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions you’ll make, and having a clear game plan makes all the difference. I encourage buyers to connect with myself and lender as soon as possible so we can review goals, financing options, and market conditions together. My role is to coach and guide you through each step—so you feel confident, informed, and fully prepared when the right home comes along.

From pricing and presentation to marketing and negotiation, my goal is to coach and educate my clients through every step—so they feel confident, make informed decisions, and achieve the best possible results when it’s time to sell.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers taking their first step into homeownership to families relocating, downsizing, or investing in real estate. Each client’s situation is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their specific goals. Whether it’s educating new buyers, guiding sellers through a major transition, or helping investors identify opportunities, I take pride in providing personalized coaching and support every step of the way.

One of my favorite recent transactions was working with a couple purchasing their first home. From the very beginning, we approached the process as a team—with a coaching session to help them understand every step of the homebuying journey. We talked through what to expect, from maintenance responsibilities to budgeting for future expenses, so there wouldn’t be any surprises along the way. With the support of a great lender and consistent communication, everything came together smoothly. Seeing their excitement and joy at closing was incredibly rewarding—it’s moments like those that remind me why I love what I do.

As a fourth-generation Realtor, real estate has always been part of my life. In addition, I serve as a real estate instructor with REEsults Coaching School of Real Estate, where I train and coach other agents. This ongoing involvement in education keeps me sharp, current, and continually improving—skills I pass on directly to my clients to help them make informed, confident decisions.
