Lu is recommended by a close friend. We had a wonderful buying experience with her, which demonstrates friends recommendation is hard to go wrong. We went through two bidding wars which were our first bidding war experience. Lu explained the detailed process and strategy with us. She never pushed us to increase the bids and asked us to think carefully because the next step, appraisal, would be greatly impacted on us if the sales price is higher than appraisal value.
