Mark is very knowledgeable, gives advice that is in the best interest of his client & is very patient! We looked at several houses before finding the one, and not once did he make us feel rushed. When we did find the one, he helped us decide what the best offer was to make based on comps and guided us through each step. This was our first time buying a home and he put us at ease through the process. When we did finally get the keys, I was upset the sellers didn't clean the house prior and was stressed about getting it cleaned before our move in date. Without hesitation, he called his personal cleaners and had them clean the house for us prior to move in! He went above and beyond for us & he will always be our go to realtor!
