Mark was great! We started out looking at a house that we thought was what we could afford and he helped us see we could afford much better than the conditions they had. He was very understanding with last minute requests as well as always kept out spirits up when we were the second bidder. During the closing process he was available at any time for any questions we had. My wife and I were first time buyers and couldn't have asked for a better realtor to start us off and help us find our dream home.
