She made good suggestions and explained many things to us especially since we were buying from out of state. We worked with her both online and in person. We gave her dates we would be in town and she had a list of properties all ready and setup for us to tour. Very efficient and responsive. We txt her at all times of the day and weekends as well and she always responded very promptly. While working with Jelena we became very fond of her and consider her a friend. She has a lot of experience working with a variety of properties which was very helpful to us. We have always lived in single family homes and when we were searching for a Villa/Townhouse we soon discovered there were a lot of things we did not know, things we never even thought of, we were very great fil that Jelena let us know the many things we needed to consider. She worked not only with myself and my husband (we both are retired) but she also worked with our 20 year old son who was in the area going to college. We appreciated very much her professionalism and her honestly along with her kindness. It was our pleasure working with Jelena and she found us a wonderful Villa that we can enjoy with no stairs but also one that works well for our 20 year old son.
