Working with Melissa was like working with a friend - a friend who is a high-powered negotiator and extremely knowledgeable; you definitely want her on your side! She never once made us feel pressured about anything, even though she showed us houses for two years. She always said she just wanted us to be happy - and she really lived it, too. She supported us through thick and thin and it made the search so much less stressful. She was extremely responsive, always - I don't know how she did it! Melissa was an excellent agent, she answered emails and text quickly. Also booked appointments swiftly, most of the time we were one of the first people to see the house after it was posted for sale! She was very knowledgeable about prices and understands the local market. She answered any and all of my questions (which I had a lot). Working with Melissa was easy, she has a very positive and up beat attitude and was there with/for us for every step of the way. If down the road we do plan to move I will be calling Melissa again!
