Mark Shadrin

Mark applied for his first home loan at the young age of 20, closed on his first home at age 21, and has been happily landlording since. Mark is one of the few landlords that thinks Pride-of-Ownership should be especially present when operating rentals. Higher valued property demands higher rents, higher returns, and higher expectations. He hasn't taken his eye off the housing market since. Mark spent his first several years of his career working in Human Services while completing Accounting and Business Management courses at the local community college. During his time of serving clients with severe mental health concerns, it quickly resonated that "good" was a form of maintenance, but being Great is what brought about results. With his newly minted Real Estate license, need to serve, high-energy, helping others find their first home was a calling he answered, and quickly. Past customers quickly became repeat customers. Reaching Presidents Circle (awarded to top 4% company-wide) in 2017 and Chairmans Circle in 2018, 2019, & 2020 (top 2% & 1% company-wide) he is in constant search of excellence. Featured in Willamette Valley Real Producers as the "Rising Star" for October 2018. He has been in real estate long enough to have an efficient & effective process, yet not too long to where people become complacent in their efforts. When Mark is not working he is enjoying Oregon's great outdoors or traveling to a new destination. Tenacity or persistence often have been used to describe his personality. Completing 2 marathons, trips to Costa Rica, Las Vegas, Arizona, California, Belize or Bahamas, and surviving a recent skydiving excursion tell you a little more about his downtime.
