Great to work with and guided us through the confusing, sometimes frustrating, purchase process in a state (NY) 1000 miles from our home (Iowa), in a fairly unstable real estate market. Mark was both the listing and selling agent for the home I purchased. He was professional and polite, but more important very pleasant and helpful and kept me calm during a very difficult and lengthy process as the home did not have the required CO's necessary to close. In my opinion he went above the call of duty for both myself and the sellers. I wish him much continued success. I highly recommend him for both sellers and buyers.
