Mark did an awesome job helping my fiancA(C) and I buy our first home. He gave us a presentation shortly after getting into contact with him where he broke down the basics of our home-buying process, which made us feel more comfortable as we entered the market as first-time home buyers. Mark was very quick about setting up tours of the homes we wanted to see, and was incredibly thorough as we walked through each home. Mark would do research on each home we toured and give us a summary of the home, as well as the neighborhoods we would potentially be living in. Mark was very knowledgable about the city and what pros and cons there were to each neighborhood we explored. Mark and his team truly care about you and what you're looking for and we would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Siobhan was fantastic to work with. She was flexible and available at all stages during the home buying process. She has excellent connections with mortgage officers, RE agents and contractors. Siobhan is a one stop shop and a wealth of knowledge of the local market and goes the extra mile during the closing process to make sure all bases are covered and even called the roofing company of the home I was under contract for to get warranty info and schedule maintenance on my behalf.
