We recently took a listing at 650+ that had been on the market for over 180 days. It had not had an offer or much activity at all. We spent some extra time, worked with the seller on the condition, and listed it up above 700+ and were able to get a contract on it within 2 weeks. We were happy to show our value and help our client out of a frustrating situation, and get him much more money then they first thought they would.

My wife started real estate 30+ years ago, and we moved back into after the housing crisis (not the best idea for some). We cut our teeth on short sales and first time homebuyers, expanded to Tulsa from Sacramento, and grew our team to include the 8 agents we have today.
