I found Jill through Zillow "assignment". Being from out of town, I had zero knowledge about the area. So she recommended a number of properties according to my preferences for on-site visits and on-line considerations. It worked out quite well. Since I was out of the country for most of the period of my search, I relied on her to go visit the properties and send me video tours of several, affording me good glimpses of them to make my assessments. As a matter of fact, I have never set foot on the final choice before closing! So I trusted her to conduct all the due diligence processes including price negotiation with excellent results. In the process, we overcame quite a few logistical hurdles due to my being away. Thanks to her perseverance we prevailed! All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase including the process thanks to Jillian's highly professional work and easygoing supportive personality.

We had a great experience working with Jonny and the King team. We were first time home buyers and Jonny was there every step of the way to guide us through the process of buying a home and make sure we were comfortable.
