ZillowVERIFIEDMark has always done a great job for me. He sold my condo in 2007. For that, he staged my house awesomely and kept me sane during escrow. The buyer was from Canada and getting simple notary signatures was difficult. He kept up constant communication with the broker, buyer, agent and escrow officer preventing a slow close from becoming super slow.He also sold me a house in 2008. He knew I was looking and found a foreclosed property that fit my criteria. He managed to negotiate with the bank to get several important upgrades as part of the deal which made my purchase a real bargain. I was even more satisfied with his performance on that second deal than the first because I saw how hard he worked for me.I like him because I've always felt he put my interests and concerns first, and because he knows San Diego County real estate better than any other agent I've used. He also made the difficult process much easier by doing as much for me as he could and by interceding for me with the agents, escrow officers, appraisers and even my loan agents.
