We had Mark Nunn sell our home during the stressful time of the Covid-19 shutdown, and we could not have chosen a better agent to handle it for us. Because he helped to handle everythingaEUR| he advised us on how we should improve the home for showings, and then helped make it happen. He provided us a handyman, painter, carpet cleaner and more. He helped to stage the place to its best advantage and had an amazing 360-degree photo tour taken. Mark provided excellent communications for showings and let us know what was happening during each stage of the sale. We had multiple offers and accepted a full-price offer. We could not be happier with the sales experience and the excellent service provided to us by Mark Nunn.

I have known Mark Nunn for over 20 years. He is a consummate professional and expert realtor. Mark has represented me as both my buying and selling agent. As my buying agent, Mark located and closed a deal on a luxury property in a desirable neighborhood that was in my budget. Seven years later Mark staged, marketed and sold that property at full list price setting a record for sales in my building. What I appreciated the most about Mark was his extensive knowledge of the market, his attention to detail and his conceirge-like service. Mark made repairs, updates and he tastefully staged my townhouse such that we had a strong offer after 5 hours of it going on the MLS and 6 offers in total. Mark collaborated with the buying agent and he closed our deal expertly. For these reasons I can recommend Mark without reservations.

Mark Nunn is the most knowledgeable, experienced, and professional agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He gave generously of his time and wisdom while helping me through two difficult escrows. He is a shrewd negotiator and knows how to close a deal, Mark always takes the extra step. He provided me with a new garbage disposal himself as the one in my new home was not working and even changed my locks before I moved in! He has been here to help post-closing assisting me with my smoke detector and he even showed me how my cable TV service worked. Mark is all about service and details. Mark has always done a great job for me. He sold my condo in 2007. For that, he staged my house awesomely and kept me sane during escrow. The buyer was from Canada and getting simple notary signatures was difficult. He kept up constant communication with the broker, buyer, agent and escrow officer preventing a slow close from becoming super slow.He also sold me a house in 2008. He knew I was looking and found a foreclosed property that fit my criteria. He managed to negotiate with the bank to get several important upgrades as part of the deal which made my purchase a real bargain. I was even more satisfied with his performance on that second deal than the first because I saw how hard he worked for me.I like him because I've always felt he put my interests and concerns first, and because he knows San Diego County real estate better than any other agent I've used. He also made the difficult process much easier by doing as much for me as he could and by interceding for me with the agents, escrow officers, appraisers and even my loan agents. If you're looking in San Diego county and want an excellent agent, then I'll vouchsafe for Mark.
