FAQ
It goes without saying, please use a professional to help you navigate through the home buying experience. It will cost you nothing, and the time, frustration and savings you will reap will be numerous. Buying a home can be a stressful and long process, make sure and take advantage of a professional who has your best interests in mind.
Three things:
1. Listen to your realtor on pricing. That will be one of the most important things you will do. Seriously!
2. Invest in the things your agent and his team suggest to make your house more appealing to buyers.
3. Make sure your home available to show. Be flexible. Houses that are hard to show are hard to sell.
There are lots of things that will help in selling your home, but follow these basics and your home will sell faster for more money.
All kinds! Yuko is involved in the Japanese community and has worked with many people that have relocated here or are moving locally. Both of us have worked with hundreds of investors purchasing and selling income property throughout Southern California. We also own rental apartments and homes throughout California and Hawaii. Mark specializes in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach residential and income real estate. Most of his clients are referrals from other clients.
We recently were able to help a family move from Costa Mesa to the Floral Park neighborhood in Santa Ana. Their children are attending a performing arts school in that area, and we were able to find the perfect home on a gorgeous street. Their current home sold quickly and we are currently advising on the remodel of their new home. They are so happy they were able to work with an agent that could show them the potential of their new home.
My wife and I have both been involved in residential construction, and have been flipping homes for many years. After fixing and selling homes for so many years, it was a natural process to get licensed and start selling our own homes. Over the past few years we have chosen to concentrate on helping others in the home buying and selling process. We still do a couple of flips a year (it keeps us current on building trends and changes to the building code) but spend the majority of our time in Real Estate sales. It's an awesome feeling every time we are able to sell or help someone purchase a new home! We never forget the feeling we had when we purchased our first home. In fact, we still live there all these years later, right in the middle of Costa M
Absolutely! Mark was an active licensed contractor for over 20 years before starting his real estate career. Yuko has a degree in interior decorating and a degree in landscape maintenance. Yuko designed and landscaped over 300 homes through out Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, and Irvine. Mark and Yuko met years ago at Marks business, The Pond Shop, which was located at Newport Blvd and Fair Drive in Costa Mesa. Our secret specialty is Koi Ponds: we are experts! After those experiences, we decided 12 years ago to get our real estate licenses and are both lucky enough to have found our lifes passion.
