An experienced, professional, and strong team player, Mark gets the job done effectively and efficiently. From our first phone call, Mark was very easy to communicate with, and he was quick to respond to and follow-up on inquiries and requests. After 6 weeks on the market with another realtor and not making any headway despite price reductions and multiple showings/open houses, I took my house off the market. I re-listed with Mark a week later. We received 2 offers within 5 days, and were under contract within the week. Our house closed a month later for above the asking price. I had just moved long-distance from the East to West coast, and this was a very busy and stressful time for me.
