I am a life-long resident of the Philadelphia area. I have spent most of my life divided among some of the city's finest neighborhoods: 14 years in Center City / Art Museum Area; 14 years in Mt. Airy / Chestnut Hill; 7 years in Roxborough / Manayunk and since 2010 I currently reside in Springfield Township / Montgomery County with my wife and children. I have extensive knowledge of Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs and have provided real estate services & tours for relocation clients since 2004. I own several investment properties in the Philadelphia area. I purchased my first home at the age of 23 and I still own that home today.
