He mailed a personalized, hand-written note expressing his sympathy, and provided a detailed marketing plan for the property. My twin sister and I do not live anywhere near California, so Marks on-the-ground assistance was invaluable. We must have priced it properly as we received six offers after the Open House. While we encountered some difficulties during the process of closing, Mark was always ready to step in when help was needed.
