Dayton was amazing to work with and very patient with us in our search to find the right house. We started looking for a new house a little over two years ago. We told Dayton what we were looking for and he got us set up to view multiple house in our price range and location we were looking to buy in. This was a tough decision as we were being very picky because we wanted our new house to have exactly what we were looking for and we would not accept anything less. There were numerous house that were nice but not exactly what we wanted so we passed on them and Dayton even encouraged us to keep looking and not settle for anything less than what we wanted. Dayton constantly checked in to see how things were going and would even send us houses that just hit the market that were what we were looking for. We finally found the one we were looking for and Dayton made the whole process super easy for us and made sure to answer all of our questions and get us the information we requested. We did not make it easy for him but he came through every time we needed something. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new house or sell one he will definitely take care of you.
