Mark was who would would want on your side. While he does have other clients, he makes you feel like you are his only client. Knowledgable, providing insights into neighborhoods on resources not readliy available online. MArk is personable and patient, we met him as a sellers agent on a home but quickly expanded to other properties. He worked with us on several home offers throughout several months until we found the right one. Both my wife and I work long hours so the hours we do get off, he worked is schedule to meet us if he could. And he contended on our behalf, with other agents, on homes that needed an additional work, pointing out repairs that are a must if we should sign. We finally got into a bidding war over a dream home and he made sure we won. In the end the home appraised at our final offer, and we have been enjoying our paradise home since. In addition, he is connected, from an detailed oriented inspector to a quick witted loan officer and hard working painters. We had shopped around and found none better. Finally, Mark had never pushed for a a home, giving us the space to decide. We started in the 300s with a temporary home but found a once in a lifetime gem in the 700s, all on our own volition, and we couldnt be happier. So I would trust Mark again should we need another property, or selling ours.
