After interviewing Mark, we decided to hire him to sell our house. Marks listing price was above what I thought we could get, but you cannot get it if you dont ask. We did get above the appraising price and had multiple offers. Mark will make recommendations on staging, Listen to him, he is correct. Mark continued to follow up until every last item was complete, even over a month after closing. Thank You Mark!
