What do you do when youre looking to move to a new state, with the hopes of buying a new home, having little idea of where you should land, in a very volition aEUR~sellers market? You turn to Mark Jiorle. Correction, you should run to Mark because in this market, things are still selling really fast. How do I know? Because I not only did it, but I did it under budget! I was incredibly overwhelmed with the task of figuring out where to land after selling my NYC apartment. I needed an area that would allow for a new life, while still being commutable to NY all while being close enough to family and friends. Oh, and I should add that I had preconceived notions about what my life would look like in NJ before Mark showed me what each town had to offer (thats not a dig to this lovely state, I'm just a born and bred NYer). Mark has the patience of a saint and thats not even his best quality. He is incredibly well versed in many areas of the state and can speak to each of the pros and cons of what they offered in relation to MY needs. The biggest take-away here should be that Mark has that unicorn-like quality to not just listen, but translate the information into results that are perfectly suited to his clients needs! He was incredibly patient and always available. There was NEVER a aEURoenoaEUR? when I had the hair-brained notion of checking out a new town that didnt check my own boxesaEUR| instead Mark was always the first to say we should see it. I was quite literally all over the map, but with Mark guiding me and helping me hone in on my needs, hopes, and even my pipe dreams I found THE home. I cant thank Mark enough for all his hard work and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

This was my first legit time buying a home and he never pressured me one way or the other even though the market was very difficult to find something that worked for my situation. That being said, being unfamiliar with the town I was moving to I relied a lot on Nick's background and intel on what was what and his feedback was always on point. He also has a great network of connections. Again being new to the area, he had a whole catalog of recommendations after purchasing the home when it came to windows, cleaning, painting, repair, etc and all turned out to be great recommendations. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy a house and would use him as an agent again down the road as he has continues to follow up even months after buying the home as a great resource.
