Mark was actually my landlords agent as I was moving out of my place. I was initially stressed about having to deal with people touring my apartment as I was preparing to move out, but Mark was extremely professional throughout the process. He was always super friendly, had a good sense of humor, was easy to talk to, and was very respectful of my time. When he would ask to schedule showings of my unit, he never made me feel pressured, never pestered me, and was always flexible and understanding. He viewed me as a person, and not as a hinderance to a paycheck. Even though I wasn't his client, it was a pleasure working with him. If he's this good to his clients' tenants, then I can say he's a great Realtor and all around stand up person in general.
