Having been in the business for almost 20 years now, and having sold hundreds of homes, I have worked with First-time buyers, sellers looking to "move-up", corporate relocation buyers and sellers; Sellers looking to down-size due to the size of the home or lifestyle changes; and, I have worked with investors as well.
I recently helped clients sell their home in Folsom. They were original owners and had been in their home for over 20 years; they really didn't know where to begin; We started our planning back in October of 2024 with the idea of being fully prepared to "go to market" in the Spring when it was most strategically advantageous. We began with "The Checklist" and reviewed each item, each step, and the key bench marks to ensure we were fully prepared to execute our plan and ensure a smooth escrow (transaction) without any hiccups. May 1, 2025 we achieved our goal. My clients have now moved to Washington state to be close to their kids.

Prior to my real estate career, I professional career was focused on Sales and Marketing; Being a regional manager, I handled the Western third of the United States, as well as the Western half of Canada; my expertise is heavily weighted in negotiating, leadership management, and communication. In addition, I am a Certified Short Sale Specialest as well as a Certified Probate & Trust Specialist.
