Having been in the business for almost 20 years now, and having sold hundreds of homes, I have worked with First-time buyers, sellers looking to "move-up", corporate relocation buyers and sellers; Sellers looking to down-size due to the size of the home or lifestyle changes; and, I have worked with investors as well.

I recently helped clients sell their home in Folsom. They were original owners and had been in their home for over 20 years; they really didn't know where to begin; We started our planning back in October of 2024 with the idea of being fully prepared to "go to market" in the Spring when it was most strategically advantageous.
