ZillowVERIFIEDI wanted to sell my Lake Forest house in order to move to California--unfortunately this was during the most difficult time for the real estate market: 2007-2008. Dawn was amazing! I had already moved out to California, the Lake Forest house was on the market, and a big Midwestern rainstorm caused water seepage in the basement. Dawn was available to help out, giving workers access to the house. If I didnt have complete trust in Dawn, I wouldnt have been able to stay in California without traveling back and forth. The basement was fixed, and the house was sold. And Dawn was great throughout.Thanks, Dawn!
