Mark Crystal took my mother and me through the Reading area where I was first looking for an entry-level home. We visited some nice homes and some not-so-nice, but I could feel that Mark was looking out for me and didn't want me to close on something I wouldn't be happy with, either in the short or long-term. After what seemed to me like a long and productive day, he was more than happy to make a 50 minute drive out to Lebanon to see another home with us. It was basically an after-thought at the time, but that home ended up being the one. It ticked all my boxes and I'm happily moved in! Mark exceeded my expectations in finding the home I needed and he still looks out for me now. If I ever do move, I know who I want in my corner.

Mark is an incredible realtor and made the experience streamlined while helping us get a great deal on a house. He responded and answered all of our questions quickly. A couple of realtors prior to him didn't give us the time or day or brushed us off because of the price range we needed to work with. Instead he took the time to explain the process and was honest, but in a kind way about ways we can find something in our budget and fits our needs. He was super flexible when it came to seeing houses since a lot of them were moving quickly. He also helped connect us to a lender that was able to get us a state program to assist with our down-payment making it even more affordable. Overall a really great realtor and more importantly really just treats you as a person and not a transaction.

Mark did an excellent job throughout the whole process of buying our home. His knowledge of the Missoula area was helpful since we needed to figure out what exactly we wanted and where. Mark instinctively knew when to step back, let us talk and process the homes we were seeing, and when to nudge a little toward a decision.
