Mark's expertise as a realtor was remarkable. Before I even signed with Mark, he was at Town Hall acquiring the paperwork needed for the sale of the house. Within a day of the house being ready for sale, Mark was showing the house. Mark remained in contact with me daily regarding showings or offers being made. He checked out potential buyers purchase capacity and was personally in touch with potential buyers lenders. Mark negotiated a price above our asking price. All I had to do was show up for the closing! I highly recommend Mark as he was trustworthy, straightforward and extremely hard working towards the sale of my home.

Right from the very beginning our family was very comfortable with Mark Cohen. We could see that Mark was very knowledgeable and would completely support our needs. Mark asked us comprehensive questions and then gave us information to help us prepare our house for sale even including how to donate items and also getting a good price on discarding items. Mark was patient as we overcame the obstacles in preparing our house. Mark was frequently in communication with us without being pushy. Whenever we had a question, Mark quickly responded by text or phone. His response time was incredible!! It was so comforting to have Mark's quick answers since selling a house can be very stressful. When our house was ready, Marks attention to details expedited the process. Mark used his many years of successful experience and advised us regarding an asking price that he thought would yield the best results. Mark was right! He set the asking price and it brought significant traffic to the Open House. Mark was assertive and tenacious. Several offers resulted in our getting more than our asking price!
