ZillowVERIFIEDWhat a great experience! Buying a home is usually stressful and exhausting but Mark made it seem fairly easy and actually enjoyable. We chose to use him based on recommendations from friends and I can't imagine using another realtor. He was very attentive to what we needed and wanted and immediately put us on his mailing list with all our required parameters. If we found a home that we wanted to look at, we contacted him with the expectation of seeing it in the next day or two but, knowing how quickly homes were selling, he was able to set up the viewing within a hour or two. He always provided honest feedback about the home and provided us with pros and cons. When it came time to put in a bid, he advised us on what we should offer and why. Once we found the home we really liked, he made sure we provided our strongest offer for our best chances of getting under contract all the while making sure we didn't overpay. There are plenty of realtors in Maryland but Mark is the only one we will ever use after this experience. If you want a realtor who is just interested in commission and doesn't really listen to your needs, then go with someone else. If you want a realtor who actually cares about making you happy and making sure you get the home you want within your budget, look no further than Mark Berry. He was nothing short of spectacular!!!

We were moving out of state; and we believed Mark is the person who we could depend on to handle everything from start to finish while we were far away and yes, he took care of everything.
