Moving across the country is scary and stressful! However working with Mark and Kim to purchase our new home made our experience more exciting and feel more secure. My fiance and I decided to move from Las Vegas to Orlando, FL. We were recommend Kim and Mark by our cousins who also help them with purchasing their homes. I flew in from Vegas with a schedule and they did everything that they could to ensure we found the right home for us. We scheduled to look at around 12 houses and were able to do 6 viewing a day, for 2 days. They were able to reach out to the homes, make a schedule, a driving route to make it more efficient for us. A week after, we put in an offer and it was accepted ! They were able to answer any questions/concerns we had. They were also present during inspection process, had recommendations of companies we can use if we found issues. We were also able to close a week early! I would recommend them to anyone moving to Orlando, FL. Its good to have a realtor that will go to bat for us and will have our back! Thank you
