Born and raised just outside of Myrtle Beach, Mark has acquired a love and appreciation for the Grand Strand that is evident in his real estate career. As a law enforcement retiree, Mark thrives in continuing to serve others in his community by making their real estate dreams a reality. Mark's calmness in handling stressful situations and attention to detail is what makes him someone that will make your real estate transaction a great experience. He commits himself to his clients through all aspects of the home buying or selling process, working alongside his wife, Karla, who is also a real estate agent. Karla is a former educator and property manager and continues her passion for helping other through real estate. Growing up in the country in Georgetown County, S.C. she was instilled with the golden rule "do unto others as you would have others do unto you" and carries that mentality in her professional life. They both are part of The Tanner Team at Carolina Sky Real Estate and thus have multiple tools at their disposal to give their clients the best real estate experience around the Grand Strand. Mark and Karla live in the Murrells Inlet area and have four kids that attend the St. James school district. Outside of their career, Mark and Karla enjoy spending time with their seven children and attending their sporting events or relaxing on the beach together.
