When Colton helped me find my condo in the first quarter of 2022, I was a 24 y.o., single, female, first time buyer. Colton is a consummate professional. My wife and I worked with him on a very complex trans-pacific relocation with a contingency deal and three huge dogs! From my first contact with Colton, I knew that I had chosen my real estate partner wisely. He removed barriers flawlessly (and there were a few!) and even took ownership of assisting with items that should have been seen by the other agent. Through one deal that we pulled out of, and finding the home of our dreams, Colton was incredibly responsive and detailed in his work. He took ownership of the entire process, and maintained a focus on my priorities, which were to get my family here, and soon. We saw many homes, and he always asked the right questions. Colton is very responsive, receptive and just a genuine person who made buying a home in this crazy market an easy experience. Being a rookie at home buying and having only purchased one other home before searching for this one, I had a lot of questions and areas that I needed help with. Not only is Colton very knowledgeable, he is very patient and took the time to not only answer questions, but advise me in areas that I didn?t know or understand.
