I cant say enough about Marissa Earls. She has helped us in numerous ways over the last two years. She handled the sale of our two houses, helped with the purchase of land, and assisted us in finding a builder for our new home. It has been quite a process, but thanks to Marissa, it was far less stressful due to her expertise and guidance. I was kind of dreading the search for a new home but after finding Marissa, she made it all so simple. I would recommend her to everyone buying or selling a home. Thanks again for doing such a good job and getting us through this so quickly. We searched since September, having multiple houses to look at but when we found the one on January 12th, Marissa had us at closing February 9th. Thats what a good agent does!!!!!!

We have been working with Marissa for over a year to find the perfect home for our son. Marissa is so easy to work with, and goes above and beyond to assist her clients. She is patient, knowledgeable of the area, and thoroughly enjoys her job. She would alert us of new listings as soon as they became available so that we could schedule a showing quickly if it were something we were interested in. She has good rapport with other agents in the community and would reach out to the seller's agent if we had questions that weren't provided on the MLS sheet. With her help and expertise, our son just closed on his new home! I highly recommend Marissa!
