Text Marisa the day before setting a time to look a homes. She said ok. Texted her an hour before meeting up and she said she wasnt even in town and wasnt gonna make it. No heads up or anything. I had to move work around to make these showing. Come to find out she knew she wasnt even going to be in town. Then finding out the 2 out of the 3 homes I had appointments for didnt even qualify for the type of loan. I would never recommend Marisa.
