We had a great showing process and a timely close, which is what we were looking for. More importantly, what sets Herb apart from other realtors is he adds a personal element to his work, we knew he genuinely wanted to do right by us. We found a great house and he worked diligently to move the closing process along for us both after work hours and once while away on a trip!
