ZillowVERIFIEDN2N managed my home as a rental property from 2011 until I sold it in 2019. I chose Navy2Navy after a not so great experience elsewhere and the difference was night and day. As property managers they were outstanding. I had a constant understanding of the rental status and condition of the home. Their online documentation portal made it possible to sign leases as the landlord on the go and they were excellent at keeping the property occupied. When I decided to sell, I had 4 offers within a week of the house hitting the market. Michael kept me completely informed as to the process ahead and bent over backwards to deal with a ridiculous appraiser. ZillowVERIFIEDI was moving out of state, as the property was being listed, and needed a realtor that I could trust. He executed the plan perfectly.Mario made arrangements to have the property look its best, and then (once we had a firm offer) also made arrangements to have repairs made so the property would qualify for the buyer's FHA loan.I literally did not have to lift a finger once I listed with Mario.
