Mario was a godsend to my sister! She was moving out of state and was going to need the funds from the sale of the house to live on. And he got the house sold in 1 day and closed in 8 weeks! The house needed some work but we listed it as "as is" and we had five offers! Great job! Mario!He is kind, considerate and easy to work with, very responsive to questions and concerns.
