The first step is to contact a lender. We fist have to know what you can afford, so we can narrow our search down, and get you into a house that you love, with a mortgage that you are comfortable with!

I would first run comparable sales, to see where we should be on price, then check to see if there are any things that we need to do/get done for the property to show beautifully, and attract the most buyers! Being priced right, the property being clean and smelling great, the property being accessible for showings, and great pictures are the most important things!

I was a licensed union plumber up until 13 years ago. I moved to Vegas from Chicago, and wanted to try something new. I went to real estate school, and was rookie of the year at my company the first year that I was in business.

My background din construction come in handy, when looking at homes, I can usually spot things that may be a concern, before we even get to the offer stage.
