My wife and I live in Connecticut. We wanted to help my wifes sister sell her condo in Arlington, MA, and move to Connecticut. Most of what we had to do would be done long distance. The owner of the company helping with packing and cleaning out the condo recommended Marie of the Stockman Farrar Group. I called her and she and Lynne Stockman came immediately to the condo. They looked at the property and professionally explained how they could market it. My wifes sister then signed a listing agreement with them. After the condo was cleaned out, Marie took the lead with everything from that point until the closing. She first recommended a contractor to perform repairs and updates to the condo. He did an excellent job. When Marie listed the condo for sale, it sold in five days. After that, Marie was intricately involved in the Purchase and Sale agreement process and finally with the details for the closing. It was an immense pleasure to work with Marie. Throughout, she was a true professional, with an extensive knowledge of the selling process. She handled everything in a responsive and accurate way, always being positive and congenial. Without hesitation, I would recommend Marie to handle any real estate sale or purchase.

I closed on my first condo yesterday, and Marie Farrar was my real estate agent. She is a very good negotiator and help me get the price at under asking. The appraisal went very well as a result. She has a great network of lawyers and loan officers who got the home closed on in less then 30days. She was prompt, answering all emails and phone texts right away. When you are buying a home, you want to deal with someone who you feel comfortable being around because you will spend a lot of time with them. Marie is very easy to work and get along with. She is very likeable and works well with other professionals in the community. She has tons of experience all over Boston and the surrounding areas. I bought my condo in Watertown, MA, where she has tons of knowledge. Her knowledge helped me put in the right offer and get it accepted, without paying too much. I feel like I got a good deal working with her, and I am very glad I chose her. My first home purchase was a piece of cake, and Marie was a big part of that success process.
